I didn't make an appointment, but the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. I had several cars sold the day before/of scheduled appointments at other dealerships, so I was skeptical in purchasing through a dealership. Ashley and AJ made this experience EASY and fun. I was grateful with their accommodations as I live over an hour away, and my fiance and I work long hours during the days we were coordinating, making it difficult to be quick in response time. Everyone was patient and lenient as we needed to do a lot of texting/calling to make this deal. I'm pleased with my purchase, and ended up spending more than I had planned initially because they took the time to find out what I wanted and liked until we found the perfect one. John completed the sale with ease, despite the fact that he was not my original salesman, and he and Ashley made me feel as though I were their top priority. I will definitely recommend that friends and family purchase here if possible. Keep up the great work, y'all! More

I first reached out when the 2016's were just released and have been in contact with Ashley Dobbs for nearly 7 months. Due to my personal scheduling and events that popped up it was difficult to pin down a time to come actually come in and look at the vehicle, but that didnt stop Ashley from helping and giving advice every step of the way. She was amazing and when I finally was able to come in she personally made sure I got the best deal I could! This purchase also wouldn't of been possible without Brad Cittadino who was the sales man that I sat down with. The car buying process can be intimidating and nerve wracking but Brad made it easy and efficient, he fully understood how much I loved the car but also that I was willing to walk away if the price wasn't competitive. He and Joseph Vita (Finance) helped me with the credit process and finding a 'aggressive' interest rate! As an insurance agent I deal with alot of dealers on a daily basis, if you're looking for a dealership and sales people who are ontop of their game and care about you as a client then Mohawk Honda is the dealership! More

Best customer service at a car dealership I went to three Honda dealers in the Capital District. One, I had an awful experience. The customer service, if I had to rate it, was a -1. Another, made me feel like it was just another day of selling cars to them. When I arrived at Mohawk Honda, AJ Metzold greeted me in the parking lot. He was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He found the exact car I wanted. He thoroughly explained all the details of the CRV I wanted. Junior Yogendra went over all of the electronic functions of the car and hooked up my cell phone, contacts, etc.. for me. He even gave me his number in the event I needed assistance with it in the future. Tom Ryan explained all the details of my financing. He even was able to work out a price I could afford on an added warranty. And, Ashley Dobbs kept in contact with me for several months about the options of pricing and availability of the type of CRV I wanted. All four employees were very friendly and open to assist me. I would definitely recommend Mohawk Honda to others and use them in the future. More
