I just bought out my lease on my Honda FIT! Evan at Mohawk Honda who helped me with my lease in 2020 helped me buy out my lease this past week. He did a great job trying to get me the lowest possible rate for my loan. He was very helpful and kind. Especially since I don't always understand these things but, he explained them well. I am so thankful that I bought my FIT because they are not making them anymore. I had to return to Mohawk Honda yesterday for the car to be seal coated and cleaned. They did a BEAUTIFUL job ! I am very pleased 😀 Thank you to Ashleigh also because it was late in the afternoon and she was able to get me in quickly. More

We had the starter go on our 2007 CRV yesterday. I am very pregnant and our little girl is due next week. Every place we contacted said they couldn’t help us for weeks. Having a reliable car to make it to the hospital is extremely important and we were stressed. I was lucky enough when I reached out to contact Mohawk Honda that Ashley Dobbs was the one to respond. She was so kind, positive and helpful. She got us right in and made sure that we had a rental if need be. She worked hard to make sure our car was accessed quickly and even made sure it was fixed the same day. She kept in communication with me during the process & even considered our other concerns to make sure we got the best deal. Her kindness made our entire day. We feel completely lucky to have been treated with such priority before our little girl comes into the world. Thank you Ashley for being an absolute gem, you saved our day! And we will definitely be going back to Mohawk Honda in the future because of how she treated us. More

Was assisted by Ashley today for a walk-in NYS inspection. She called me after their complementary multipoint inspection and walked me through everything. Loved that nothing was "sold" to me. They even were able to work with me on pricing for a rear rotor replacement when I expressed that I had a budget to meet. Great experience. Will definitely return for all future service needs. More

They did great from start to finish. Kern did great finding a nice car that i could afford and was nicer and newer than what I was in.
