You would think that getting service at a dealership that is 120 miles from home would be a hassle to have your BMW serviced and inspected??? They offered a loaner so we could enjoy Wichita for the day and go shopping and eating out while the car was getting the attention it needed. They texted a live inspection and explained what needed immediate service and items we might need to do in the near future. We could authorize the repairs without having to sit in the dealership. They take great care of their customers! 100! More

The other people I have talked to have also been wonderful, but Ashley is a real stand out. The work I had done was thorough and I really like that there is a video explanation of everything going on with the car and what’s wrong and needing fixed. Keep up the good work, my husband and I will definitely continue coming to you for service and possibly even when it’s time to trade out my car. Thanks for the terrific service! More
