Would not call me back l, I called everyday for 3 days til I went up there. They still did not know what was going on with my truck I bought from them. Then they gave me my car back because the truck was til I went up there. They still did not know what was going on with my truck I bought from them. Then they gave me my car back because the truck was a lemon. And lost my tags and my new brakes I just bought. More

Best...service.... ever! They were courteous, prompt and professional. I wasn’t being sold on unnecessary services and pricing was exactly what they quoted on the phone. I know that people would say, “well, professional. I wasn’t being sold on unnecessary services and pricing was exactly what they quoted on the phone. I know that people would say, “well, shouldn’t it be?”. Yes, it should, however, at many dealerships I have been to for service, the invoice is rarely what I’m quoted. The waiting area was inviting and even had snacks. Sales reps came by to chat and we had great conversation. I stated that I will be in the market soon but not ready. I wasn’t pushed or sold to death in any way. This truly puts my guard down as I’m considering my purchase. I can’t wait till I’m ready to purchase my next car, it will absolutely be done at Hart. by the way, I love the basket ball hoop area!! Great touch! More
