We purchased our vehicle 8/13/2021 as of today, 10/27/21 I have not heard from Heather, title clerk, regarding the status of my NC plate or registration status. My husband and I both have called multiple ti I have not heard from Heather, title clerk, regarding the status of my NC plate or registration status. My husband and I both have called multiple times asking for status update or feedback regarding the registration/plate status. Phil in Finance has provided temp plates which will expire again. My issues with this company is lack of communication after the sale is complete. Margaret has been helpful in relying the messages and emails but the follow-up from the other parties mentioned has been limited to none. More
