I brought my company vehicle in on June 1st for an A/C repair after scheduling the drop-off on May 29th. We were quoted roughly 2 days for the repair. A week and a half later, one of my team members stopp repair after scheduling the drop-off on May 29th. We were quoted roughly 2 days for the repair. A week and a half later, one of my team members stopped by for a status update and was told the vehicle had not been worked on yet. Not once during that time did anyone from Green Ford contact us with an update. During this time, my company has been paying out of pocket for a rental vehicle every day since drop-off. That would be enough for a one-star review on its own. But there's more. Following our drop-off, a service adviser contacted a mutual customer of mine and theirs using information pulled from Green Ford's customer database. This person had no involvement in our repair, the only connection was that he's also a Green Ford customer. She called him to make a personal complaint about me. That is no way to use any customers information. I filed a formal complaint with Green Ford's customer relations department and was told the matter would be reviewed. I have received no follow-up regarding this issue. I've done business here before and received little to no communication, picked up the vehicle and they completed unapproved work and waited over an hour for them to locate my keys. I've never complained about these things and tried to give them grace but what I got with that grace was a vehicle that sat untouched for nearly a month, zero communication, unnecessary rental costs, and a privacy concern serious enough to require a formal complaint and once again its been crickets from anyone at Green Ford. Ashley always greets me nicely. She is smart and knowledgeable. If she thinks i should wait at home, she lets me know and has a driver take me and pick me up. I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Ashley, for the exceptional customer service she provided during my recent warranty repair experience at Green Ford. My truck required ex employees, Ashley, for the exceptional customer service she provided during my recent warranty repair experience at Green Ford. My truck required extensive repairs, including replacement of the transmission, driveshaft, and several 4x4 components. Throughout the entire process, Ashley was outstanding. She consistently kept me informed, answered my questions promptly, coordinated with the warranty company, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Repairs of this magnitude can be stressful and inconvenient, but Ashley's professionalism, communication, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction made the experience much easier. She always treated me with respect, followed through on her commitments, and demonstrated a level of customer service that is becoming increasingly rare. I believe employees who go above and beyond deserve to be recognized, and Ashley certainly falls into that category. She represented Green Ford exceptionally well, and because of her efforts, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a positive one. They are always pleasant and they do good work. it took a little longer than they expected. But that was because the first door they got in to repair my truck was not right so they didn't put it o it took a little longer than they expected.
