Very disappointing experience with the Josh Oldham, service adviser at Green Ford. Communication was non existent, updates didn't happen, and I was lied to about the diagnosis claim being filed with my service adviser at Green Ford. Communication was non existent, updates didn't happen, and I was lied to about the diagnosis claim being filed with my CSP. I expected better customer service and transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in FORD CSP, much less the service you are supposed to receive with a continued service plan. More
