Above & beyond quality of work I came in with an open mind and to see what my options would be for a trade in and to maybe get my car appraised. Ashley comes up and greets me with the friendliest smile and asks what I'm looking for and why I'd want to trade my car 2 year old Jeep in for a newer Jeep. She listened to every issue and helped me pick a car that would work with MY budget. She worked hard to get every rebate I qualified for, and the lowest interest possible. I had heard horror stories of working with other dealerships who make you feel uncomfortable and try and push you to buy a purchase. This was not at all the case with my experience. I never once felt pressured. I also really appreciate the way Ashley and the team showed me the price of the vehicle that was broken down into every single cost. It was easy for me to identify exactly how much I was paying rather than hidden costs appearing. I left knowing that I was paying a fair price for an excellent Jeep.
