My car was damaged while on your property. Jared called and told me the tow driver was responsible. However the tow driver said the car was fine when he left it without damage. The work performed thus f and told me the tow driver was responsible. However the tow driver said the car was fine when he left it without damage. The work performed thus far is fine. This is the third issue I have had since 2006 with service.. its been great and I will continue to recommend David Didge. More

This is easily the best dealership around. They take great pride in treating their customers like family. They are happy to answer any and all questions. This rating is based on Chrysler and your parts department. My car needed warranty work(radiator) and it took over a month to get my car back! YES A MONTH!!! Your parts department “couldn’t fiNd department. My car needed warranty work(radiator) and it took over a month to get my car back! YES A MONTH!!! Your parts department “couldn’t fiNd a radiator” but it took me a whole three minute search to find them available from area Jeep dealers and Rock Auto. When I told them this, they suddenly found one but it still took 3 days longer than if I bought one online and standard shipped it from California. I also asked to have some body work done while waiting for the radiator but again, Parts dropped the ball. Ashley my Service Tech was good but didn’t call back enough. My airbag light is now on. More
