1:20 long oil change I had an appointment for an oil change and told the lady who checked me in I would like to have the car washed when finished. I said I needed to get I had an appointment for an oil change and told the lady who checked me in I would like to have the car washed when finished. I said I needed to get back to work so I would appreciate it if they would be as quick as possible. 1:15 later it was done but not washed. The lady apologized and got it washed for me. She was very friendly and helpful but it should not take 1:20 to get this done. More

Happy with service. My first visit since car purchase. Happy with overall service. Oil change done promptly. After I paid for service I went back and asked my service person, Ashley Parmer, about a sticky Happy with overall service. Oil change done promptly. After I paid for service I went back and asked my service person, Ashley Parmer, about a sticky latch on my HRV back flip up door. As I've only had it a few months I was thinking that I just didn't understand it. She acted very disinterested and said she had no idea what was wrong. How could she as she didn't even offer to take a look at it. I then walked into sales room and a nice guy by the name of John walked outside with me and helped me with the problem. We were not 100% sure it was working correctly as it opened okay half the time and stuck the others. He advised me to make an appointment if problem continued. I so appreciated him taking a minute to look at it as if I was the problem then he could have diagnosed that right away. He was my hero of the night. Ashley was just okay as she wasn't willing to spend an extra 3 minutes with me. Makes all the difference in the world. Let her know this. Your finance person was great, very friendly (a woman). More

Dishonest service representative I feel an agent of Luther Brookdale Honda is dishonest. She attempted to take advantage of an older man by not be honest. Ashley tried to sell me a tire when only needed a less expensive repair. Also after twice debated with her regarding my Sentinal service agreement she was mistaken that the replacement would be covered. More
