Thank You Mike and Shelby for everything! While I did not purchase my Kia Soul from this location, I've gotten all of my routine maintenance completed at this location and the entire staff is amazing. From the Service department to Sales, this is a phenomenal team! I stopped in last Thursday because my check engine light came on. Now as a single mom of one, every dime counts! I was an emotional wreck when I pulled up because any unexpected costs is too much for me. After discovering what was wrong with my car, I decided to talk with Sales to see about a new car. I knew it was a longshot because my credit isn't perfect but I'd really been working on it. Long story short...with the help of the Magician Wands and the Superior Saleswoman Shelby, I rolled out of there with a brand new 2021 Kia Soul. Not only is this a huge accomplishment for me, but also an amazing job from the Sales Team. My son Chaise and I thank you very very much and we will see you sooner than later to upgrade to something bigger! If you're looking for a place with superior customer service, look no further.
