They diagnosed the car that it needed the transmission replaced. They went through my insurance papers and Hyundai's warranty, determined the work was covered and ordered a transmission. They got it 2 days later and I brought the car in and they gave me an Enterprise loaner car to use. The new transmission failed on the test drive. It took a couple weeks to get another one and install it. They continued to provide a loaner car to me. They did all that they could to take care of and this is the dealer I will use for on going service. More

Trunk lock broken. Drive off lot with nothing trunk open and nothing to brace it down nor did the service try to secure until part came in nor was a rental car offered. Tried to secure myself with tape and what a disaster that was. Ended up paying $200 to get car detailed to remove the adhesive. Thank God it didn’t rain otherwise there would’ve been a terrible smell not the about mildew. After replacing lock, I have missing screws, where the fabric should be secured on the metal. I’m not happy with customer service. Although the young who scheduled the appointment was very kind. More
