I actually called the service department because I noticed that my spare tire was making noise underneath my 2022 Palisade & needed to be tighten. I checked the trunk & I didn't have the jack handle b noticed that my spare tire was making noise underneath my 2022 Palisade & needed to be tighten. I checked the trunk & I didn't have the jack handle but had the jack. I ordered the handle per service but then they refused to warranty it and I had to pay for it myself. I was a little pissed off because this is a tool that's needed to replace a flat tire and it supposed to come with the car. Service rep justify their disapproval by saying, " How do we know that you didn't remove it". Seriously who the xxxx needs the jack handle with the jack. And frankly who the xxxx checks for a jack and jack handle in the trunk of the car when they buy it . Really. Well I have to pay for it because you need it for the jack. And believe me, I will not forget this next time I go in to purchase another Hyundai. I have had 6-Hyundai this far. My wife was in an accident and called to get an estimate. The person she talked to said that if she brought it in on November 8th they could work on it. I thought that did not sound right and when she took The person she talked to said that if she brought it in on November 8th they could work on it. I thought that did not sound right and when she took it in they gave her an estimate but could not do the work until they got the parts. So we had to schedule another appointment. More
