Just coffee with a friend. That is how the sales experience with Nesrin Sabbagh felt. One night close to closing time for the dealership, I reached out to check availability. That is how the sales experience with Nesrin Sabbagh felt. One night close to closing time for the dealership, I reached out to check availability. Nesrin responded right away. We agreed for me to drop by the dealership during my lunch break the next day to ‘have a look’ at the car. Never any pressure about anything. Next thing I know 90 minutes have flown by and I’m signing a stack of papers in the finance office. There were a couple of small issue with the vehicle which I did not discover until after delivery. Nesrin coordinated all the moving parts with the service department and I was in and out in record time. Just can’t say enough about how pleasant, professional and relaxed the entire experience has been. I am looking forward to having all the maintenance on this vehicle performed at this dealership and when the time comes for another vehicle, Nesrin Sabbagh will be my first and only call. More
