Have bought 2 Camrys in 2025. The first financing experience was great and dealing with Matt in finance and Gary Shultz in sales was perfect, everything was explained and laid out The first financing experience was great and dealing with Matt in finance and Gary Shultz in sales was perfect, everything was explained and laid out in front of us which is why we bought a new Camry for my daughter 8/17/2025 and were very unhappy with Ashley in finance. A $3000 warranty was added to purchase and not explained, nor were we told we bought it. Had to cancel the warranty and have check sent to credit union. Do not let her hit you with the I pad signing! Read everything closely. Upon complaining about the situation she said it was all us. Don't trust anything she says, READ READ READ the paperwork closely. We had no idea we purchased such an expensive add-on. We are buying a 3rd Camry this month and will probably look elsewhere. Don Joseph was much simpler than the Ganley Group from what others who bought have said. The finance experience left a very bad feeling about Toyota of Kent with us. Gary Shultz was a great salesperson and listened to us and followed through. More
