We DID contact you...you kept the original appointment we set up with the Ford dealership. They said you told them to fix the hesitation problem...not the noise problem. But, on the other hand, the hesitation problem was not fixed either considering less than a week later it started again! We took it back to them for them to tell us that the coils are all going bad and that the engine noise we have continuously heard was the "cam phasers" that they originally diagnosed the first time. You told us the truck was ALL FIXED...to come pick it up from you and then (in not so many words) pretty much told us to never return the truck to your shop! Now I am back to step one...no reliable vehicle. But, this time I have a huge car loan that I am responsible for!!! I don't understand how you can consider yourself/organization as a reputable dealer if you are selling used vehicles that clearly have a problem and your staff "don't know anything about Ford engines" (as stated by your mechanic). How can you tell someone that the vehicle they are purchasing is in tip top condition if they "don't know" about the engine? How can you tell your consumer that the vehicle passed a safety inspection if a brake is installed incorrectly and then almost catches on fire because of that?
