Troiano had, on their lot, the best vehicle match to my options list, so I arranged to make the 70-mile drive there. After the test drive, we talked about my wants and needs to make this deal happen, and they actually met all of my stipulations! Jym, Frank, Bill and even Ash (the General manager) made sure I was happy throughout the whole buying process. Even during the delivery, when I spent quite a bit of time going over every inch of my new investment, they showed me patience and courtesy, and Phil graciously answered all of my novice truck-owner questions during the review of the vehicle. It's not a razzle-dazzle storefront like some of the newer dealerships, so your first impression might be a little iffy like mine was; but when it comes to genuine customer concern and willingness to make you satisfied with your purchase, these guys will be hard to beat!
