Communication!! I leased a 2021 Rogue in January I was told that the automatic starter for my 2021 Rogue would be installed by the end of March. When I called in April to find out why it wasn’t installed told that the automatic starter for my 2021 Rogue would be installed by the end of March. When I called in April to find out why it wasn’t installed I was told that it “just slipped through the cracks” and that I would receive a call the next day which I did and set up a date the following day I received another call cancelling the installation that they still did not have the part. I have called the service department 2 times and was told someone would call me back no one has called! More
