Was scheduled for 6:30am. But the mechanics starting 7:30am! Was scheduled for 6:30am becauseI was planning to reach my job at 8 (about 25-30min drive) . But mechanics starting 7:30am!!! Came out it took almost 2 hrs just to change oil and filter on my 1 yo 4800 miles car. And was late to my job. I wasn't advised that mechanics starting 7:30am. It's management's fault, not mechanic.
