Good evening! Everything went great during my service appointment but compared to another dealership I’ve been to, the video sent by the technician is night and day! Your technician was slurring his words and I couldn’t understand a thing in the video. There also was a “what the hell” comment in my video which was funny but probably unprofessional. The whole video I had to read the captions which was still hard to understand. Otherwise, it was ok.
