Horrible dealership to work with. Was in communication all day for a specific car, only to make an almost hour drive out there to find out they had "just sold my car". Buy a brand new Cadillac and they can’t get the onstar and satellite radio working. Ordered a part for it. Still not working. I’ve owned multiple Cadillacs and bought from there while it was Massey C and satellite radio working. Ordered a part for it. Still not working. I’ve owned multiple Cadillacs and bought from there while it was Massey Cadillac. Never received such poor service. Spoke to general manager, service manager, salesman we purchased from. Paid cash for all but 10 grand, and we get a car we can’t fully use, cause it’s sitting in service. Mr Massey stood behind his customers and his vehicles. These people are in the wrong business. Very unsatisfied, and their not even helping. Don’t buy from them! I would put zero stars but it won’t let me More
