NH lady gets 5 star treatment! I live in NH but work in CT Monday-Thursday. On Tuesday evening I had a malfunction light appear. I called the service department and from that point on I revived top notch service. Being from out of town and with no prior history, I was not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. From accommodating my emergency and needing my car the next day to the text updates fro Athena throughout the day to the smiling faces when I picked up my clean car, I was impressed!
