Terrible detail I brought my car in for a rim repair. I noticed one rim needed to be buffed out however this was what I noticed. You would think the dealership, as professionals, would check all rims to see if there were any others that needed repairs. After leaving the dealership I noticed another one needed repairing. They did not give my vehicle a once over or check into anything that I hadn't specifically pointed out. This is unprofessional and unacceptable quality of service. Not to mention the dealership kept my car for 5 days. This is more than enough time for a job well done. I will say, I was allowed to keep the loaner with no charge while they kept my car...but this is as to be expected since the work on my car wasn't completed in a timely fashion so it shouldn't come out of my pocket. I also asked for a FULL detail. After having my car for so long I expected the detail to come out well as there was no excuse considering all the time they had. But regardless, you pay dealership price you want dealership quality. The detail was horrible. There was liquid product stains on my door panels. When I got my car back it was covered in pollen already. The doors, window buttons, and locks all had dust and grim on them. It was a job half done that I was barged full price (266$) for. Service Excellence. Audi owner expectations exceeded. While traveling on Business through Connecticut I was unfortunate to have a tire blow out on my A7. The Audi service had Hoffman as the closest. I took my chances on a busy Monday morning and just showed up unannounced at opening. From the second I arrived to when I left I was treated with the best customer service and my mind was at ease. Athena Lindquist was obviously trained extremely well but she also had a way of calming and making me feel like a long time customer. They went as far as to handle 2 other service needs above and beyond to ensure my safety on the hectic Connecticut roads. I would recommend this service center and dealership to anyone who not only loves their Audi but values good a true customer service experience after the sale. More
