Locked out of 2015 Audi Q3 I lost one of the two keys last September, the car is garaged and we leave the key in the cup holder at night. Went to get the car Saturday morning and the car was locked. I still don't know how this could happen with the key inside the car? I called East Hartford Audi Service and they directed me to Audi Roadside Assistance. Someone directed by Audi Roadside Assistance came to my house in about 35 minutes time and got the car open. I Subsequently replaced the lost key and had it programed by Audi East Hartford . The explanation for the lock out by Audi service was that the battery in the fob might have been low so they replaced it. They said these keys do a lot more than ones' in the past. My fob battery was about 14 months old. My suggestion is to replace the fob batteries once a year, or as Audi service suggested, at every oil change. They will change out the batteries if you want them to! More

While I was waiting to talk to the service tech my salesman Steve Stellar came over to say hello and went and got someone to help me. It has been over a year since I bought my Q3 but Steve always makes a point to say hello and make sure I am taken care of. The rest of my visit I worked with Athena who is always cheerful and has great energy.
