RUN! RUN! RUN! HORRIBLE - team of liars I had a very disappointing experience at Kings Nissan. I brought my 2021 Sentra in for inspection and issues wit RUN! RUN! HORRIBLE - team of liars I had a very disappointing experience at Kings Nissan. I brought my 2021 Sentra in for inspection and issues with my radio/speakers. The service advisor VICTOR told me I had to replace my battery before they could continue diagnostics, and that if I refused I would still be charged $420 but no further work would be done. I was pressured into paying almost $600 for a new battery, even though my battery was nearly new, correct for my car, and met/exceeded Nissan’s specifications. No diagnostic test was ever done on my battery, and my original issue with static in the speakers still remains. On top of this, I asked twice for air to be added to my tires, and it was not done. Last year, this same advisor recommended brake fluid replacement twice in one year, claiming it was “dirty.” Nissan’s own schedule does not recommend annual replacement under normal driving. The reason I use Kings Nissan is the proximity to my house and is the time the service is performed. The price is much higher then Family Nissan in Rockaway. house and is the time the service is performed. The price is much higher then Family Nissan in Rockaway. More
