Albert always takes the time to explain what needs to be done, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I understand everything before any work is completed. I’ve known Albert since high school, and he has always been professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Since I moved to Lehigh in October 2025, he also understands that I travel a long distance to get my car serviced. He does his best to make the process smooth and worthwhile. What I appreciate most is that he truly cares about his customers. We always end up laughing, and he creates such a welcoming environment that I never feel like I’m wasting my time coming in.
