Upon arriving at the dealership everyone was helpful guiding us to our Sales Representative Prince Ash. We cannot find enough words to express his outstanding approach. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and so kind working with us that we cannot imagine buying another vehicle from anyone else. We liked the 2013 Ram truck we picked out and came to a very fair price quickly. All we want is a fair deal that both sides like. Prince, our sales rep, agreed to take care of a few minor items before delivery and he and the tech team came through perfectly and on time. Prince truly came through for us and when the time comes, made us repeat customers. More

7/8/2022 Arranged purchase for new Pacifica. Obtained cashiers check. 7/9/2022 Started to drive to Pensacola from Northport, Al. Called by salesman an hour and 1/2 into trip. He formed us that Obtained cashiers check. 7/9/2022 Started to drive to Pensacola from Northport, Al. Called by salesman an hour and 1/2 into trip. He formed us that the vehicle had damage. Apparently the dealership had not inspected the new Vehicle prior to advertise it for sale. As a result we had rented a car so we would not have to drive two cars back to Northport. Al. We also booked a hotel room for the evening and could not cancel. On 7/l11/2022, I texted the dealership requesting that the general manager call me. I reported in the text thar I had spend around 300 to drive to Pensacola and stay overnight. And that I would like the general manager to call me. I was told that they would have him call. 7/12/2022 6:40 PM still no response. More

Audrey had texted me about the vehicle I was interested in and she said I could come on Sunday. She was nice and made sure I had a scheduled date and time to see the vehicle. Those are the three characteristics I look for in a sales specialist no matter where I shop. He didn't pressure me in a higher priced car and he is just an all around great person. I couldn't have asked for a better group to handle my needs. Purchases of this magnitude are an important decision for the consumer.
