First Rate Service Made an appointment for air bag replacement. They had to order the part. Called ahead of time. Part was in stock. Arrived for the 11:00 AM appointment on Monday AM. Wall-to-wall Hondas lined up for service. Took a while to get written up.. Got shuttle service to my destination. Got a call they found a minor problem with my CR-V...told them to fix it. Expected would add an hour to my 1:30 pickup time. Shuttled picked me up. Go to the shop at 1:30 and the car was ready...and spotless...fully washed. Staff was helpful and courteous at all times. Great place to do business. More

My Brandon Honda Experience in Service on 8/7 I came in for an oil change and Auggie made sure everything was running right with my truck. He also made sure I knew what was needed to be addressed I came in for an oil change and Auggie made sure everything was running right with my truck.
