My last visit to this dealer was for a very minor service issue. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me right away. They resolved the issue in less time than it took for me to finish my coffee - and issue. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me right away. They resolved the issue in less time than it took for me to finish my coffee - and I was not charged anything. They were very polite and accommodating- I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. More

I've been to plenty of dealerships and service centers over the years, and Austin is simply on another level. My usual advisor is Dylan and he is fantastic as well. From the moment I dropped off my vehicl over the years, and Austin is simply on another level. My usual advisor is Dylan and he is fantastic as well. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, he was professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was taken care of. My check engine light issue was addressed. What really stood out was something I never even asked for — Austin noticed condensation building up in my headlights during the inspection and proactively had it addressed before it could become a real problem down the road. The lights were still functioning fine, so I never would have caught it myself. That kind of attention to detail and customer-first thinking is rare, and it's exactly the kind of service that turns me to a lifetime customer. If you want a service advisor who actually looks out for you and your vehicle — not just the work order in front of him — ask for Austin. He's the gold standard. More
