From the moment I met him he was polite, with a friendly smile, and let me know my needs through the process was his primary concern. He helped me through the process of building my model answering my questions along the way. Upon submittal of the order he let me know he was available for any concerns and questions through the process. Once my order arrived he contacted me immediately to schedule a pick up time. During the process of handing over the Bronco Sport he went through the controls and functions allowing me to ask any questions along the way, never making me feel rushed.
