Salesman was okay, he worked hard for us. However, the dealership ran my credit many times, repeatedly. Even for cars I had explicitly told them I was not interested in purchasing. Since purchasing, I have gotten over ten letters and many more emails from different lenders showing credit applications. Which does not make sense because I do not see why they would run it on vehicles that I did not want to purchase. After the purchase, the dealership and finance department in Lexington reached out several times demanding more personal information like social security cards and bank/ credit card statements or else the bank would cancel the deal. I spoke with the bank and did verification with them and had verbal and written confirmation that I had completed all steps. That was not good enough for the finance department so they kept calling and kept demanding personal information to be sent via text or email. I refuse to provide personal information to a stranger no matter how much they try to convince me otherwise. This experience has been nothing but difficult and regrettable. More
