Recently purchased a used car through Phillips in Bradley. While there is a Phillips much closer to me It was well worth the travel to receive excellent service from Austin Bush and the rest of his t Bradley. WOW! Exceptional. I spent a day traveling to other dealerships and ended up frustrated with the customer service. Then...after on-line research, I went Exceptional. I spent a day traveling to other dealerships and ended up frustrated with the customer service. Then...after on-line research, I went to Phillips. Austin Bush gave me exceptional Top-Shelf service. He explained all the features of the Palisade I was considering during the test drive and after purchase. He and Phillips went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated. Phillips is not in my backyard, but well worth the 35 minutes to feel as if you are more than just a sales number. More

Great experience ! !! Our salesman was super nice and friendly, made sure we were happy with our purchase, we were there until after closing, but Austin (Bush) and the !! Our salesman was super nice and friendly, made sure we were happy with our purchase, we were there until after closing, but Austin (Bush) and the manager ( Robert ) were both awesome, explaining paperwork and taking thier time, not rushing thru anything. Austin made sure to still spend time after we finished up paperwork and all to explain awesome new features of our new car before we drove it home. I also appreciated the attentive service ahead of time , we set our appointment online, and they called to verify our appt. and wanted to be sure if we hadany questions ahead of time they could help with. All in all felt very welcoming and appreciated. More
