At one point we (the purchasers) got into an argument/discussion about L1/L2 chargers. Patrick diplomatically and patiently let us talk it out, answering questions and suggesting options. He took us outside to show us the charging station and walk us through the whole charging routine until we were comfortable. He explained and demonstrated the options on the car (media, comfort and safety features, etc.) completely and clearly and got our phones set up to get us started. He reminded us that we should contact him immediately if we got stumped or had questions going forward. Patrick could serve as a model salesman for vehicles in general. More
