The customer courtesy lounge is very comfortable and has many amenities. We take almost all of our service needs to this repair shop. We have been even been offered a loaner vehicle on two occasions: once because the requested service was going to necessitate our car being left overnight and once because we had an important meeting scheduled when the service dept was unable to guarantee that we would have our car back in time to make the appointment. It is the extra courtesies and professionalism of the entire Bulldog Kia team that make the extra trip worthwhile. We wholeheartedly recommend this service department! My husband and i just bought our first new Kia just last night and i'm already in LOVE with it!! I have never seen a "Base" model come with so many standard features! Everyone was so friendly and answered a night and i'm already in LOVE with it!! I have never seen a "Base" model come with so many standard features! Everyone was so friendly and answered all of our questions. We will definately be back if we are ever in the market for a new or used car again. If Kia ever makes a mid-sized truck we would snap one up immediately! The warranty, the safety features & are all of the "standard" car features are outstanding!! More

I went into kia looking for a specific car for a very specific price. Jonathan Pace told me he'd find the car for me and he kept his word. I found the with sales representative, sales manager and others to be to the point and pleasant. I purchased a car that was not at the dealership and upon receiving it, it was exactly what I wanted and it others to be to the point and pleasant. While I was car shopping, Kia never crossed my mind until my brother told me about them and so we visited Bulldog Kia. We were greeted immediately by Austin and told him what we were looking for and he showe my brother told me about them and so we visited Bulldog Kia. We were greeted immediately by Austin and told him what we were looking for and he showed us the perfect match for me. Austin knew a ton about Kia and was extremely friendly! We never felt any pressure and everyone at Bulldog Kia was super nice and always made us feel comfortable. Also, Austin was great in following up and answering questions even after the purchase!
