BMW's have been a lifelong love of mine-it all started when I was a kid dreaming about those iconic grilles and the thrill of the drive. Now, I have turned that passion into a career, helping others experience the excitement of the ultimate driving machine. Outside of work, life is full of energy and compassion with my partner and fur babies: 3 mischievous cats and 2 loyal dogs--a playful Golden-doodle and a regal Akita. I live two hours away, but I still chose to bring my car here for service because I wanted it maintained by the dealership. I even called ahead to confirm that everything could be completed the same day bef here for service because I wanted it maintained by the dealership. However, Since the MINI advisors were out that day, my car would be serviced through the BMW side instead. After five and a half hours, all they managed to do was an oil change, battery replacement, and drive belt. They told me they didn’t have time to do the brake fluid change or the other optional services they had recommended. Five hours just for oil, battery, and belt? That’s really disappointing, especially after I went out of my way to plan ahead. I expected better organization and communication from a dealership service department. More
