BMW's have been a lifelong love of mine-it all started when I was a kid dreaming about those iconic grilles and the thrill of the drive. Now, I have turned that passion into a career, helping others experience the excitement of the ultimate driving machine. Outside of work, life is full of energy and compassion with my partner and fur babies: 3 mischievous cats and 2 loyal dogs--a playful Golden-doodle and a regal Akita. They keep life fun, busy, and full of love.

You would think that getting service at a dealership that is 120 miles from home would be a hassle to have your BMW serviced and inspected??? They offered a loaner so we could enjoy Wichita for the day and g is 120 miles from home would be a hassle to have your BMW serviced and inspected??? They offered a loaner so we could enjoy Wichita for the day and go shopping and eating out while the car was getting the attention it needed. They texted a live inspection and explained what needed immediate service and items we might need to do in the near future. We could authorize the repairs without having to sit in the dealership. They take great care of their customers! 100! More

I received quick and helpful information when my BMW became undeliverable and needed a tow. Austin answered quickly and gave me the number to call to get in touch with roadside assistance. He assured me that everything would be handled correctly when my car was towed in. Austin was also very receptive and helpful when I informed him that I needed a loaner vehicle.
