However, Since the MINI advisors were out that day, my car would be serviced through the BMW side instead. After five and a half hours, all they managed to do was an oil change, battery replacement, and drive belt. They told me they didn’t have time to do the brake fluid change or the other optional services they had recommended. Five hours just for oil, battery, and belt? That’s really disappointing, especially after I went out of my way to plan ahead. I expected better organization and communication from a dealership service department. More
