We bought A expedition from here salesman insured it was top shape nothing wrong with it it being "as is" we even ask when we started it suppose sound like it did he said yes. Now here we are 2mths later my vehicle is in shop with Cam phasers gone out, A/c system completely out front to rear cabin. A/c compressor out, seat a/c modules, leaking freon and oil all over, oh and there apparently FRIED wiring and A/c module that could catch my vehicle on fire. I have 3 kids a 1 year old, 6yr, 8 yr old. Safety was my utmost importance here I am with no vehicle which is a fire and safety hazard!! Take vehicle up to 3 weeks or longer in shop to get what warranty I have that doesn't even cover half of it to fix. There never was any disclosure on these things that was wrong with vehicle. What I listed wasnt even half the issues that was found. On top the raising listing price to get 6000 for my trade seemed shady. They never even gave me a carfax on it. Crazy how they pushed pretty hard for the warranty I see why now they knew something I obviously didn't! Is this a fraud scam I'm thinking yes definitely!! I should of listened to my gut feeling and not bought it. So attorney general office will be my next call. More

I saw the listing of this 2024 Nissan Frontier and just knew I had to have it. Purchase went fairly smooth, truck was great. However, when I went to change my oil, I realized my skid plate was gone. Confused, my first thought was "did I lose it, or was it never there to begin with?" After looking back at pictures I was sent from the dealership, I realized that I never had one. I got ahold of Austin little and was essentially told that it was "as is". Is that how dealerships operate now? Does that give me free reign to trade in a vehicle missing parts with no repercussions? I find it very ridiculous that you can pay for a complete truck, be assured everything is there and operational during the entire process, and still not get a complete truck. Deceitful and dishonest. I will most likely never even consider purchasing from this dealership again solely based off of this interaction. More
