I’m happy with my purchase and over all experience with buying through Russ Darrow for the third time consecutively. There were a couple things that did bother me. A courtesy message to let me know finance buying through Russ Darrow for the third time consecutively. There were a couple things that did bother me. A courtesy message to let me know finance was running an hour behind would of been great, and about 5 times I had asked if the other dealer could be contacted to see if there was a second key to the car I purchased. I still have not received any info on that and I’m just giving up on it. Overall I’m happy with Austin and he is a great salesman. Dalton did a great job in finance. More

Observations: The salespeople should have more private cubicals/desks especially when customers are talking about personal things like money. I did appreciate how our salesman showed us the shop where ca cubicals/desks especially when customers are talking about personal things like money. Asked Austin for a video he sent it said no scratches or dents in car , got to dealership and car had scratches and dents in lied to me very pushy and very cocky, so after dealing with manager, I bought c dents in car , got to dealership and car had scratches and dents in lied to me very pushy and very cocky, so after dealing with manager, I bought car anyway... Rule #1 don't let them ride with you,# 2 Have your shop look at it,lot of hidden items found, windsheild what I thought was streak is not very bad haze and bad glare that gets blurry and hard to see out of but windows sticker was there in windsheild, well signed for car on Wednesday picked it up on Thursday car started hard , figured just been sitting drove car home 36miles friday went to work got done with car won't start so got a jump, drove to batteries plus have them test battery failed, 2 cells had no water in, called service they okay me to put a new battery in and would reimburse me and bring car down Saturday to get rest retested, so I did another 3 hours shot,, Still no check for battery...get home pop.rear trunk and will only latch shut if u slam it a couple times, So I ordered new latch from Amazon $25 dollars no biggie then saw the front plastic peice under car hanging so checked that out, found they tried to zip ties it back up same with the inner wheel well liner that is shredded, Russ Darrow Contacted This sit and said issue been resolved Another Lie sent one email and heard nothing from them since, JUST WATCH WHAT U BUY , AND THEY ARE SO PROUD OF THERE INSPECTION BUT DONT OFFER ANY WARRANTY, UNLESS you buy one... Went in the other day for a specific car, sticker physically in the window of the car while we were there and online was $24,664. Started working a deal right away as soon as I got home less than 2 hours later by texting the salesman and the price magically jumped to $26,411. Absolute scam dealer. All the salesman kept saying was that market prices change, that their car was the best, and asked how we could move forward with the sale. The car had an accident on carfax, a windshield that needed replacing, and a scuffed up rear bumper. Mind you, this thing is ONE year old. Long story short, found the same vehicle (Year, Make, Model and Trim) just 100 miles away from them and went the next day and purchased it. Clean Carfax, 11,000 LESS miles, no problems to the body, and a perfect windshield. OH, and the 2nd dealer gave me the discount I requested, AND gave me top dollar for my trade too. Russ Darrow wouldn't even give me $100 off the price......Shop elsewhere folks. This place is the equivalent to a slumlord for those of you who rent. Watch the episode of Seinfeld called "The Dealership," as this is what you can expect at this place. More
