Don't get me wrong the employees were nice and hopefully the service is up to standards, but come on 165 labor for one hour. More

Issue with Nock sensors (recall) My 2015 CPO Santa Fe started running poorly,would barely hit 45 mph and was limited to 2000 rpm, then check engine light came on.. talked with svc adv My 2015 CPO Santa Fe started running poorly,would barely hit 45 mph and was limited to 2000 rpm, then check engine light came on.. talked with svc advisor Austin on the phone...he looked up the history on the car, recalls and fixes performed...was able to pretty accurtely point to what the likely problem was...I got the car to dealer the same day, in the midst of a serious winter snowstorm ..., Austin had the car checked in and in a service bay being diagnosed within 10minutes... he developed a plan to get the car fixed , as It was likely a multi-step process due to the recall and previous work done on the emission system, sensors and wiring. Throughout the process, Austinkept us informed about progress made, as well as delays...bottom line was he was able to get the problem resolved and get the car back to us when it was needed... Great job Austin and service techs at LBHyundai !! Thanks More

Warranty concerns I was concerned about noise coming from the motor. I came to see advisor and he had tech come to look at. The tech advised me that this 2.0 l motor ha I was concerned about noise coming from the motor. I came to see advisor and he had tech come to look at. The tech advised me that this 2.0 l motor has a little louder valve train noise that comes from hydraulic lifters and injectors make alittle more noise but all was working properly. I feel that my concerns were taking care of in a proper and timely way. Bloomington Hyundai has a great service and sales and parts department. More
