Prompt Service Professional and courteous staff... Easy to arrange appointments and also accept drive in. Good shuttle service available on demand too... And the waiting lounge is pretty decently equipped if you choose to stay instead of drop off. The price seems slightly towards the higher side, but I don't have anything to compare against to be sure. More

Its the little things. I really appreciate the little things. I love the refreshments in the lobby as we wait for our cars to be seeviced. New battery needed My battery condition was flagged at my regular 68,000 mile check. I did not have time to replace it then so I stopped in two days later. I didn't have My battery condition was flagged at my regular 68,000 mile check. I did not have time to replace it then so I stopped in two days later. I didn't have an appointment but wanted it tested again (as recommended) because a week of bitter cold weather had started. My new battery was installed in about 45 minutes and I had the comfort of knowing my car would be starting in the cold weather!! More

Outstanding staff and service I was having a issue with my new car and brought it to the attention of New Car manager Brian Reinstra and he got the ball rolling immediately. Everyone from sales to service and custom colors did a great job. I know if I need warranty service or any other mtm service or body work I will not hesitate to going back to Bloomington Hyundai. Saturday afternoon oil change The service provided was excellent. The associate I worked with was great. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was the length of time I waited. I The service provided was excellent. The associate I worked with was great. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was the length of time I waited. I was told it was be about an hour but ended up being about 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change. I will most likely NOT schedule a Sat afternoon appointment again. More
