Dropped my car off for service on 12/21/22. Left multiple voice mails seeking updates. I had to stop in for the only update I received which was they hadn’t looked at my Genesis yet. 8 weeks la Left multiple voice mails seeking updates. Gave it back dirty and with 19 miles of gas left. Worst customer service I’ve received. Sent the GM a note about my experience. He responded with an apology. More
