The touch-up paint was originally purchased several months prior to your recent visit. Once the color concern was brought to our attention, we promptly ordered the correct factory-matched paint at no charge and removed the previously applied paint as a courtesy.
While any existing paint damage was not caused by our dealership or the product itself, we understand your frustration and made every effort to assist and provide a resolution. The correct paint is currently on order, and we will notify you as soon as it arrives.
