We understand how frustrating an extended repair can be, especially when you’re continuing to make lease payments during that time, and we truly appreciate your patience throughout the repair process. We’re glad to hear that Austin provided kind and helpful service during your visit. Regarding the odor concern, we want to clarify that the vehicle underwent extensive engine repairs due to the oil leak, which required the engine to be disassembled. At no point did oil enter the interior of the vehicle. That said, we absolutely understand that lingering smells can be unpleasant, and for that reason, we reached out yesterday and left you a voicemail offering to perform an ozone treatment to address any remaining odor inside the vehicle. We have not yet heard back but would still be more than happy to take care of this for you. As for the fuel level, our check-in photos show the vehicle arrived with approximately 70 miles until empty. Following the repair, the vehicle was test-driven approximately 9 miles to ensure the concern was fully resolved. We certainly did not intend for the fuel level to be an inconvenience. Please feel free to return our call at your convenience so we can resolve these remaining concerns and ensure you’re completely satisfied. Your experience matters to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
