We reached out to Lexus of Sarasota, mainly because they were a few thousand cheaper on a new ES350. I expected to have the fees, delivery, and extras make up for the difference between here (Nashville) and were a few thousand cheaper on a new ES350. I expected to have the fees, delivery, and extras make up for the difference between here (Nashville) and there, but to our surprise the fees were standard and did not amount to much. The best part about this transaction was the preparation by Austin. The guy knew the drill well, and had every step of the way covered. We thought doing this transaction from 600+ miles away would be tough, but his experience in it all was very reassuring and made it quite easy. It was about the easiest car transaction I've ever been a part of. All statements and promises he made were followed through. No surprises. Things were straightforward. We got the car, and everything was A+ perfect. This isn't just a review; this is a recommendation. This is what one should expect from Lexus, and he delivers on their behalf. More
