Mark and Toby were great. Everyone was nice and they expedited the process for us. My only negative was the service department. After I left, there was oil on my carport. I took it to a local dealership, who told me the wrong oil filter was used, and it wasn't tightened, so was losing oil for the 4.5 hour drive home and in all the terrible traffic. Lexus of Sarasota County was a terrific dealership to work with, on our recent purchase. Each employee we were worked with was top tier! Knowledgeable ,friendly, helpful and not pushy. Honest and upfront, wonderful communicators and kind and caring. We had been car shopping for a month. We visited at least a dozen dealerships in the Sarasota, Venice and Bradenton area.. Most if not all the other dealerships were rude, unhelpful, unknowledgeable and kept trying to up sale us, to a different vehicle. The other dealerships prices, when we were getting a written offer were full of all kinds of add ons to the process proposal and quick, and tried yo use pressure to get to sign paperwork, without reading the firms. This was not the sales tactic a Sarasota Lexus. . As a female buyer, the other dealerships, in the area, assumed they could manipulate the old blonde. Didn’t happen to this gal! Not at this dealership. Sarasota Lexus was amazing Straight, honest answers, factual information and everyone treated me with respect, No rushing, no pressure, just a business with good old fashion integrity and customer service.. Professional all the way! The salesman listened to our needs and he delivered! He had the car ready and cooled down for me for my test drive.:Sarasota Lexus was the ONLY dealership that let me try the vehicle out in tge interstate. Every other dealership take let you go a right hand, around the block test drive. Wonderful car buying experience. All the paperwork was in perfect order.
