I live in Palm Coast, Florida, back in March 2023 I took my car to a reputable mechanic shop in my town because it wasn't running properly. It was determined that I needed a new transmission so they ordered my car to a reputable mechanic shop in my town because it wasn't running properly. It was determined that I needed a new transmission so they ordered one from the Beck Nissan dealer when the transmission arrived it was not working properly so they called Beck Nissan and was told that they needed to have my vehicle towed to them so they could check the new transmission they sent before replacing it. So the mechanic shop towed it to them. Beck Nissan also determined that they would have to get another transmission and they would install it which they did, they had one of their guys drive my car from Palatka to Palm Coast to my mechanic so I could pick up my car. The problem I have is that one of their techs or the guy that drove my car back to my mechanic stole a grey hard case that had my power lug nut inside of it and they stole my tire air inflator pump that I use to put air in my tires. Both these items were not cheap I called my mechanic shop and told them about it and they said they would contact Beck Nissan and inform them. When I dropped my car off it was in there and when I picked it up it was gone, I know my mechanic shop didn't take it because I got something out of the trunk that I forgot to take out and my stuff was there. To date, Beck Nissan has not notified me about my property. I had no idea my car was going to be towed to Beck Nissan or I would have gone to my mechanic shop and removed my items. I know the theft did not happen at my mechanic shop because I have left my car with them several times and nothing like this has ever happened. Beck Nissan has a theft working in their service department that goes through people's cars looking for items to steal, I hope someone catches his xxx and chops his hands off, freaking thieves.
