Alex, Austin R. , Charlie, and Greg were all great to work with. Found out they had a brand new Sequoia rolling in that matched what we wanted. The wait at most deale , Charlie, and Greg were all great to work with. Found out they had a brand new Sequoia rolling in that matched what we wanted. The wait at most dealerships is a few months right now. Within 2 days of calling, the Sequoia was there, prepped, and ready to drive home. Many dealerships are marking them way up, as much as $30,000, due to low volume and high demand. My Auto Import provides added protection to the vehicle instead of marking the vehicle up. Alex started everything off with a phone call to let us know the vehicle was already in and would be ready that night. When we got to the dealership, we met Austin, one of the friendliest, laid-back salesmen you will ever meet. Charlie came out to greet us after giving us a great trade-in value on our vehicles. Imagine our surprise when we didn't have to haggle over a trade-in price. Greg capped it off with a no-hassle finance experience. We love the car, love the service, and it was an overall great experience. Two cars traded in, one beautiful new Sequoia driven home...all in about 2 hours. Highly recommend these guys if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
