I started my career in 2018 as a Detailer at the My Auto Group. I continued my career taking photos, and merchandising vehicles for our online sites. Eventually managing the Inventory team to properly clean, organize, and merchandise an everchanging 500+ vehicle inventory. I've learned a lot from that experience and want to use that knowledge to help customers find the right vehicle at a dealership that will take care of them not only during the buying process, but when questions arise, maintenance is required, and when they're ready for their next vehicle. Alex, Austin R. , Charlie, and Greg were all great to work with. Found out they had a brand new Sequoia rolling in that matched what we wanted. The wait at most deale , Charlie, and Greg were all great to work with. Found out they had a brand new Sequoia rolling in that matched what we wanted. The wait at most dealerships is a few months right now. Within 2 days of calling, the Sequoia was there, prepped, and ready to drive home. Many dealerships are marking them way up, as much as $30,000, due to low volume and high demand. My Auto Import provides added protection to the vehicle instead of marking the vehicle up. Alex started everything off with a phone call to let us know the vehicle was already in and would be ready that night. When we got to the dealership, we met Austin, one of the friendliest, laid-back salesmen you will ever meet. Charlie came out to greet us after giving us a great trade-in value on our vehicles. Imagine our surprise when we didn't have to haggle over a trade-in price. Greg capped it off with a no-hassle finance experience. We love the car, love the service, and it was an overall great experience. Two cars traded in, one beautiful new Sequoia driven home...all in about 2 hours. Highly recommend these guys if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

The landscape for the new car market has changed dramatically since COVID. With demand being high and supply low, My Auto Imports made it possible for us to find the car we wanted at a price we felt dramatically since COVID. Our initial meeting with Mitchell made it possible to know when a vehicle arrived at the dealership that we might be interested in. Austin was courteous and informative about that particular vehicle. He spent a great deal of time with us so that we were comfortable with that purchase. Bill brought home that sale with a smooth approach that didn't leave our heads spinning. A true professional. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased quite a few cars. When I virtually met Austin Ritzow he found a unique, friendly way to introduce himself and stayed in tou had, and I have purchased quite a few cars. When I virtually met Austin Ritzow he found a unique, friendly way to introduce himself and stayed in touch with me while I waited for my car to arrive, and he was extremely helpful to me the day I was able to pick up my car. Steve and Gregory from finance were also considerate and prepared and made the purchasing virtually stress free. It is a comfortable and friendly environment full of positive energy, I believe I have found the dealership I will stay with for all of my future vehicle purchases. More
