I purchased the vehicle on 1 August finally picked it up on 3 August asked the service man about the fuel gauge and wipers he looked at the fuel gauge and felt the wipers said they were dry rot said he would have to charge me 70 bucks and he walked away. He was asked if he scanned the vehicle he said no and if he served me he said no

You have responded to me with two were very sorry and that means or does what for the way I was treated ps I am an 82 yr old 100% disabled vietnam veteran. Your service man wants to give me a $20 credit on my next service whatever that is your company has a piss poor way of treating customers let alone veterans and the first service man wanted to change me $70 bucks for dry rotted wiper blades that your company should have replaced. Big company means what? Screw the little guy no big deal I hope you publish this you have no honor

The only person who treated me with respect is Mr Avelino Alexander. My salesman in fact the service guy I spoke with suggested I ask for a courtesy refund on the Kia. He will deny that . Do you take any of this serious or do you sit around and have a great laugh??I hope you have the integrity to publish this and the other response Kia is a good vehicle I have own at least four. It’s a shame I can’t say the same for your dealership greenway
