Junior was absolutely wonderful to work with at Kia. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. What stood out most was his kindness and genuine effort to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. Great customer service can be hard to find, and Junior truly went above and beyond.
